Note: Products are delivered from warehouses in China. Depending on your location, your purchase may be subject to import duties or VAT.

Our Products

The Website sells consumer goods for personal use only. Our products are not suitable for industrial use and are not toys. They are manufactured in compliance with safety standards applicable in the US and EU. Our products are not medical devices and do not substitute for professional medical advice.

Delivery

• Processing: 1-3 business days.
• Shipping: 5 to 20 calendar days (standard).
• Extended Window: If items do not arrive within 30 days, please contact support. You may only terminate the purchase if we fail to deliver within an additional agreed-upon period.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To exercise this right, you must contact [email protected] for a return code and address.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Warranty
